GENERAL CONDITIONS
By booking a trip, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions that govern the relationship between the client and Positano Drivers, the cancellation policy and limitations of liability. All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and fully understood the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with the Company or its Agents, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those names on the booking, including minors and persons under a disability, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
By utilizing the services of Positano Drivers, you agree that neither Positano Drivers nor any subsidiary of Positano Drivers shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay incurred by your or those travelling with you directly or indirectly from any acts or default of the suppliers or from any occurrence or condition beyond the control of Positano Drivers, including defects in vehicles or breakdown in equipment.

BOOKING AND ONLINE PURCHASE
When you purchase a tour online on our web site you are paying in advance the deposit for your reservation. The date of tour you will pay the balance of your reservation in cash to the Driver.

RATES
Rates are all quoted in EURO and are based on present cost conditions and include VAT taxes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Before 48 hours the tour date: no penalyty, the full amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the service will be fully charged.
All cancellations should be notified by email and confirmed by Positano Drivers that will not be responsible for cancellations not confirmed charging client with total amount.

SUBSTITUTION
Should client wish to substitute partecipants, must contact by e-mail of the person who signed the booking at least 7 days before arrival.
The  substitution is subject to approval by Positano Drivers and the choice is not debatable. The substitution may be charged for all the extra costs, Positano Drivers will inform you on the amount of extra costs before applying substitution.

CANCELLATIONS BY POSITANO DRIVERS
For unforeseen events or changes depending on third parties POSITANO DRIVERS reserves the right to vary itineraries and any tour departure or to cancel reservation totally or partially. Positano Drivers may have to amend a tour may not reach a minimum number of partecipants which would be economical to operate. In this event Positano Drivers will offer an alternative available of comparable standards. Client has the choice of accepting the changed arrangements as notified or cancelling reserved travel service, in this case Positano Drivers will return all money client has paid. No reimbursement will be granted to any client who is not at the place of departure at the time established; similarly, no reimbursement will be granted to clients who loose contact with the guide or do not complete the tour. Positano Drivers is also not responsible for partial or full closure of Museums,  
Archaeological sites, and other spots and delays caused by third parties.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
No reductions or credit notes will be given under circumstances amounting to a Force Majeures which means: war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, natural disaster, fire, closure of airports and ports, road blocks, adverse weather conditions and similar.

TOURS DESCRIPTIONS
All descriptions are based on information obtained from Positano Drivers to represent the services offered.
If you have a problem or complaint it is important, and in your own interest, to inform immediately Positano Drivers or its representative driver so that steps can be taken to resolve the matter on the spot. Because of the difficulties in investigating a complaint too long after the event, we will not consider any complaint unless notified to us.

DISPUTE
In case of dispute, the competent law court, will be in Salerno (Italy).

VALIDITY
This therms and conditions are valid from 1th November 2017.
